Client Details
The client is a large national law firm with offices in central Manchester. It is known as a leading healthcare specialist law firm and works closely with the NHS and other private healthcare providers
Description
As the Commercial Healthcare Partner you will work in Manchester with a team of three lawyers and closely with the wider national commercial practice group. The work will include commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, contracting with consumers, governance advice, joint ventures and outsourcing projects. As the Commercial Healthcare Partner you will be involved in growth of the team moving forward and an expectation to travel to meet clients is required
