Family Solicitor -Wiltshire NQ +

New family role at high rated regional law firm, with one of the largest non-legal aid Family practices in Southern England. This well regarded Legal 500 practice has a number of offices across Wiltshire and the South West and is looking for an experienced family lawyer NQ-5 pqe to join highly successful team.

You will be dealing with a broad caseload including advising on divorce and separation cases involving both financial elements and children matters. The finance work includes high value cases, pensions, businesses, investments, property portfolios, cohabitation disputes and nuptial agreements alongside cases where needs are the driving factor. The children cases range from child arrangement disputes to international relocation. The family team is friendly, pro-active and collaborative encouraging best practice, round-table meetings, represented mediation and, contested court proceedings. Tactical and negotiating skills are a strength, and advocacy is encouraged.
