This mid-sized, international firm is a world leader in representing high net worth individuals in their personal and business interests and offers an interesting alternative to large global corporate firms.

In this Head of European Marketing and Business Development you will lead the marketing and business development function in Europe reporting to the Global Head. The responsibilities in this role will include:

  • Managing the European Business Development team;
  • Managing central services, to include digital (and CRM), brand and PR;
  • Operating the global Marketing and Business Development budget, to involve running the marketing planning process and ensuring global teams are on track;
  • Leading firm-wide marketing infrastructure projects;
  • Running the firm’s programme profile raising and communications initiatives;
  • Driving the firm’s Client Development initiative, working globally with partners and the leadership of the firm to do this.

To be considered for this role, you will need significant experience in leading large teams. Ideally, you will have worked with international teams, operating across both of Marketing and Business Development.

As a candidate, you will love working internationally and will be up-to-date with digital and SEO as well as business/client development principles. Being a natural collaborator, you will also like to be involved in delivering projects as opposed to just delegating. You will need to be comfortable managing both Client Development and Communications teams and projects.
