This company, a winner of The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For and a leading name in the financial services sector, is experiencing impressive growth. It is now looking to recruit an in-house Legal Recoveries Co-ordinator into its small but growing team in North Leeds.

 

You will be responsible for the ongoing project of reviewing current and historic cases of non-payment (which are often high-value and complex) in order to take recovery action, enter into affordable repayment plans and, where necessary, issue a claim. You will manage cases from start to end, seeing the fruits of your labour. There are no financial targets and you will also have the rare opportunity to put your own processes and procedures in place.  

 

With the support of an excellent and down-to-earth manager, external solicitors from whom you can take advice and more junior members of the team, you will be working within a relaxed, friendly and co-operative environment. There is plenty of room for progression.

 

You will need to have experience (ideally both pre- and post-litigation experience) of running claims from the commencement of proceedings through to obtaining judgment and enforcement. Negotiating skills and a keen eye for detail are key to this role.
