A leading UK international firm is seeking to hire a disputes lawyer to practise both commercial litigation and arbitration for its Hong Kong office.
The firm is ranked highly in the legal rankings for its cross border and technical disputes work. Clients range from leading financial services businesses to tech, energy, media and start up companies and the firm advises on a broad spectrum of disputes. The disputes range in value and regularly are in the tens of millions through to hundreds of millions of pounds.
Due to the growth of the firm and the high volume of work, the firm is seeking to hire a Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE. This is a Senior Associate role and has a requirement for Chinese language skills.
