FinTech Solicitor

An international legal consultancy service is seeking a rounded banking and finance solicitor with experience in banking, finance, and – ideally – fintech to join an ongoing project with a global technology conglomerate. Due to the nature of the role, the amount of responsibility undertaken, and the prestige of the client, ideal candidates will have 3+ years PQE and have significant exposure to financial, commercial, and contract work. Whilst daily activity will vary, the successful candidate will be assisting with the client’s internal restructurings for up to 12 months. The role also presents a unique opportunity to work remotely; therefore candidates interested in flexible working are encouraged to apply.
