Residential Conveyancer

LAW Absolute are currently working with a multi-office private practice who are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing locum to assist them for a month.

The successful candidate will be able to manage a full and busy caseload including;

• Sales and Purchases
• Freehold and leaseholds
• New builds
• Right to buy schemes

Lawyers with previous locum experience are encouraged to apply.

The firm is highly regarded in the local area and can offer competitive hourly rates and the chance for future re-bookings.
