Business Development Manager - Litigation

Business Development Manager role aligned to litigation in international law firm.

A Business Development Manager position has just become available at this major international law firm aligned to Litigation. This role would be ideal and a great opportunity for a Senior Executive looking for a step up in title and responsibility, supporting the integrated global litigation practice groups on the planning and implementation of all BD initiatives.

The responsibilities of the Business Development Manager will include:

• Supporting the business planning and budgeting process, ensuring that potential BD activities are appropriately prioritised;
• Developing and maintaining a BD infrastructure, including a set of standard pitch content for the group;
• Supporting pitches and capability statements which the group leads on;
• Contributing to the developing and execution of marketing and thought leadership campaigns;
• Supporting activities aimed at targeting potential clients, or further developing existing clients; and
• Supporting the execution of all seminars/events and contributing to a series of seminars aligned to a firm series.

The successful candidate will have strong Business Development and Marketing experience that has been gained within a professional services environment, preferably in the legal sector. The applicant will also have experience to include pitching, practice group and sector marketing, client targeting and campaigns.
