Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the Partner on a range of Project matters
- Collaborate with their worldwide offices on a variety of transactions
- Draft, review & negotiate Project documents
Requirements:
- Must be 2-4 PQE
- Must be qualified from a Common Law jurisidiction
- Must have trained and qualified at an international firm
- Must have experience working with project documents, in particular EPC and O&M
- Ideally based in the region
