HR Advisor - Legal.
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the centre of Birmingham for a HR advisory to join a large, market leading law firm on a permanent, full time basis. This is a great opportunity to work within a highly successful and friendly human resources department.
Within this HR advisor position, you will work alongside departments on all people related issues offering clear HR advice and support to key stakeholders, line managers and staff. Your specific duties will include matters regarding performance, conduct, employee relations, welfare, development and recruitment. As an integral part of the firms HR team, you will support the development of HR policies, procedures and systems and participate in projects, representing the department both internally and externally.
In order to be considered for this HR advisor position you must have 2 years+ experience working within a similar role in a law firm, have a firm understanding of the legal HR processes and a CIPD qualification would be beneficial.
