Court of Protection Lawyer.
An established and highly respected firm in West Sussex is looking for an experienced Court of Protection Lawyer to work in its growing team.
You will be a NQ Solicitor, a member of CILEx or a Fee Earner with experience of Court of Protection applications and working with vulnerable clients.
You will have experience of making applications to the court of protection, managing client’s financial and legal affairs, ensuring assets are appropriately invested and liaising with third parties.
You will be working under the supervision of a specialist solicitor and will be part of a growing court of protection team providing a vital service to vulnerable clients.
