The role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Corporate/Commercial Paralegal to join this multinational law firm based in the City of London.

The firm has one of the largest Corporate/Commercial client bases in the Country. They often have fee earners based internally on secondments giving them an unrivalled working relationship with some of the largest names in the Corporate/Commercial sphere.

This role would prove to be an excellent role for a candidate seeking more responsibility and progression. You will assist world leading Solicitors in a wide range of issues, including M&A's, Corporate Governance, flotation on public markets, commercial contracts, distribution agreements, franchising, data protection, and more.

You will have an incredibly exciting and hands on role, predominantly in M&A's, but with excellent exposure in other areas of Corporate/Commercial Law.

Requirements

  • You will be a Corporate/Commercial Paralegal with at least two years' experience, preferably dealing with high end transactional work
  • You will work very well in a team
  • You will be a personable candidate who can build strong relationships. Your background will be from a Legal 500 recognised regional or city firm.
