- Providing high quality representation to landlord and tenants.
- Advising on areas including disrepair, evictions and ASBOs.
- Conducting advocacy in the County Courts.
- Displaying excellent file management skills to meet business needs.
- Keeping up to date with developments in the field of housing.
- Achieving firm-set billing targets.
- Participation in business development and networking opportunities.

The Candidate
