A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a high calibre transactional lawyer with either a Corporate, Commercial on Construction background to join a major multinational, marker leading Design, Engineering and Construction organisation Head quartered in Berkshire but also with offices in Central London.

Description
The role of Legal Counsel would report into the Associate General Counsel and join an 11 strong legal team in the UK and and 80 strong global legal department.
You will provide detailed support on a wide range of legal and commercial issues on a wide range of high profile, multinational engineering and construction projects & transactions across sectors such as Infrastructure, Nuclear & Energy, Oil & Gas, and Aerospace.
Profile
Suitable candidates will have the following qualifications & experience:
- Trained and Qualified solicitor.
- Demonstrable experience in complex transactions with high calibre drafting and negotiating experience.
- Technical focus on Corporate, Commercial or Construction related contracts / transactions is essential.
- In-House experience from a major multinational organisation or from the Construction / Engineering sector would be highly desirable.
