Legal Counsel 1-2 years' PQE.
Our client is an international blue-chip organisation based in Kent that seeks to hire a Legal Counsel to support their busy team.
Reporting to the head of the team and with input from across the business; the main purpose of the role is to transact a range of high-value contracts, manage risk and assist with ensuring that key commercial matters are managed in a timely and compliant fashion.
The position will include working with external advisors, as well as with clients at their site. You will get involved in providing training and updates to the business, and will engage at all levels within the organisation.
This position requires a UK qualified solicitor with least 1 year of PQE, coupled with excellent commercial or financial services regulatory experience gained either in-house or in private practice.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate excellent commercial nous, decisive problem-solving skills and be confident and effective in both their verbal and written communications. Strong commercial contracts experience is a must.
