Our client is a global company with a strong foothold in the London eDiscovery and document review market.

Due to expansion it seeks to appoint a Document Review Manager on a permanent, full time basis. Applications are sought from qualified lawyers who have extensive review and supervisory experience. The following sets out some of the main responsibilities and qualifications:

Qualifications:
· Attained a 2 in University level education, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent
· Admitted solicitor/Bar registered (active membership)
· Minimum three years' experience running document review matters ranging in scale from small to large (3 - 70+ contractor resources)
· Critical thinking skills and the ability to efficiently gather and process information are required for problem solving and troubleshooting in response to client inquiries
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional demeanour
· Strong multi-tasking skills
· Supervisory experience
· Familiarity with a range of e-discovery review software (Relativity, Clearwell, Ringtail, Recommind, etc.)
· This position requires superior computer/technology skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PPT, Excel), including Microsoft Exchange
· Must be able to organise and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced, high growth atmosphere without sacrificing quality of client service

Responsibilities:
· Serve as an eDiscovery consultant who plans and strategises with client on how to process the data and how to maximise the use of Technology Assisted Review to accomplish data review targets
· Providing oversight of multiple document review matters and provide executive level decision making
· Receive and respond to client inquires in a timely manner, gathering all necessary information for troubleshooting, and providing links between client, review management and hosting vendor to facilitate efficiencies
· Serving as primary client/counsel contact for day-to-day operations of review projects
· Leading and facilitating training of contractor resources on review protocol and quality standards
· Managing client and counsel relationships to ensure overall project success
· Working with project teams to identify risks and potential issues before they occur
· Working with project teams to solve complex challenges using experience and accumulated knowledge
· Direct responsibility to oversee, coordinate and track project progress and workflow from inception to production for multiple projects
· Providing on-site leadership and motivation for reviewers within the review centre
· Responsible for driving repeat business within client firm based upon creation and fostering of long term relationships with client contacts and obtaining client references
