This leading UK international law firm is seeking a dynamic corporate lawyer to join their Beijing office. Ideally, you are PRC and overseas qualified with over 4 years’ PQE in M&A work gained in an international law firm. A local law degree and an overseas LLM/JD degree are highly desirable.
