You will be supporting the Corporate Governance Manager and advising on matters related to the organisation's governnance matters.
You will also be responsible for reviewing and drafting the organisation's Article of Association, policies and terms of reference.
Requirements:
- Must be 10+ PQE
- Must have a degree from an accredited university
- Must have experience working on corporate governance and company secretarial matters
- Must have experience working at a leading in-house organisation
- Ideally be based in the region
