Your new role
The Structured Finance and Derivative department of this firm are seeking an Associate to work closely with Partners in their London City office. Exciting opportunity to act a a key player in a team who meet and exceed their clients' needs by combing transactional and regulatory experience. This role offers a genuine breadth of work, primarily working closely with partners on ground-breaking transaction projects, advising on global cross-borders, and acting as a key point of contact on client matters.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an ambitious newly-qualified candidate, with a good grounding in derivatives and structured products, structured finance and/or securitisation. Ideally you will have gained exposure to this practice area through qualifying from a top tier City firm and have excellent academics. Other desirable attributes include proficient technical ability, commercial awareness and a passion to develop strong client relationships through business development and marketing.
