nterlink Recruitment are looking for a Senior Customer Service Advisor to join a law firm in Stockport.
Your primary role will be to oversee a team of advisors.
Duties include:
- Completing weekly file and call audits
- Completing reports of team performance
- Train staff on procedure and all new starters
- Business Development
You must:
- Be a team player
- Have around 9 – 12 months experience working within the insurance industry environment
- GCSE English and Maths
