The Role:
This will be based in their beautiful City of London office, joining as a Finance Lawyer with 1-4 years' experience.
You will be involved with drafting, negotiating terms, analysing market precedents and managing the transaction lifecycle.
You will also perform strategic transactions including leveraged buyouts, M&A and capital expenditures.
Part of an enterprising team this role involves working on a range of substantial, ground-breaking deals and will provide transactional advice for an extensive mix of investments banks, asset managers, alternative lenders, pension schemes, funds and corporate clients.

Requirements:
- 1-4 years PQE Finance Lawyer
- Extensive experience acting for top institutions and clients
- Exceptional technical and analytical skills
- First class legal and drafting skills.
- Strong time management, ability to remain calm under pressure and able to handle a complex, demanding workload.
- Outstanding communication skills and demonstrates a keen interest in getting to know their clients.
