The role will include a range of Corporate transactions and financing matters for predominantly private sector clients including mergers and acquisitions, corporate lending, collaborations and joint ventures, where you have the opportunity to develop innovative financing models.

This is an excellent firm, so you will need to have a minimum of 2+PQE and a solid grounding and training within a good quality Corporate / Finance team.
