Corporate Associate

A UK law firm with a highly regarded company law practice is seeking a mid-level associate to join it's successful team.

The team regularly advises on high profile transactions and have clients in a variety of sectors including those with an entertainment, media or creative industry element.

The work will focus on a mix of: Venture capital, Private and public M&A, AIM and full list IPOs, Private equity transactions, joint ventures and corporate restructuring.

The firm is friendly and offers a good work-life balance with a competitive salary. The partners are approachable and pragmatic with impressive backgrounds and experience.
