In-house Counsel - Investment Management

An international investment management company based in London is seeking an in-house Counsel, on a contract basis, to be responsible for all forms of distribution agreements.

My client is seeking a person with a good understanding of investment fund distribution - in particular, sub-distribution agreements, platform arrangements and fund link arrangements. You will private practice lawyer or an in-house lawyer with a strong practice background.

The successful candidate will be a UK qualified lawyer with a minimum of 4 years PQE* Language skills would be a bonus but not essential. This role acts as a maternity cover and the minimum contract length is 4 months.
