Description

The Employment Solicitor- In house based in London will have the following responsibilities:

  • You will be expected to undertake a variety of work particularly advising on:

  • Employment tribunal matters

  • Employment status

  • National minimum wage compliance

  • Gender pay gap reporting

  • Contractual arrangements and systems

  • Reorganisations

  • Redundancies

  • TUPE and supporting transactions

Profile

The successful Employment Solicitor- In House based in London will have the following experience:

  • The successful applicant will demonstrate experience of working with demanding clients

  • Working with clients across a wide spectrum of size and activities

  • Qualified employment solicitor with 2 yrs + PQE experience

  • Recent Private Practice experience

  • Available to start immediately or a notice period of 4 weeks or less.
