The Commercial Property team has grown extensively in the last few years, with new client wins and lateral hires as well as organic growth. This sociable firm is now looking to appoint a new Commercial Property Solicitor due to the continued growth of their Commercial Property department.
As a commercial property solicitor, you will be working very closely with two highly experienced solicitors and one Commercial Property Paralegal. You will be involved with the successful development of the commercial property department by being highly motivated in order to generate your own caseload of work. You must have strong commercial awards and a pragmatic approach to your work. Direct knowledge and experience of dealing with your own cases relating to commercial property transactions is essential.
This recommended Legal 500 firm specialises in all areas of commercial property transactions, ranging from acquisition of investment properties via personal pension schemes to buying & selling properties at auction. Their extensive client base ranges from large national corporations, SME’s and sole traders, but has a strong focus working with investors, pension trustees, and developers.
