A Residential Conveyancer is wanted for a fantastic Shrewsbury based opportunity with a ambitious, Traditional law firm. Applications are invited from technically strong qualified or non qualified Residential Conveyancers looking for an opportunity to utilise their technical skills and move their careers on in a supportive working environment. Salary is upwards of £25K and negotiable, depending on experience and comes with excellent benefits.

The successful Residential Conveyancer will join a busy, friendly team managing a full and varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales, purchases and remortgages from start to finish. Day to day duties will include sale contract issues, replies to enquiries, purchase contract approval and the raising and checking of enquiries and searches.
