Responsibilities

In a small team, reporting to the General Counsel, you will responsible for providing contractual, legal and commercial advice. We are open to candidates from a range of specialisms – personality and attitude is key. The responsibilities are varied, challenging and stimulating but support & training is available for the right candidate.

Requirements:

• Qualified Lawyer, NQ – 6 PQE*
• Any background considered but particularly interested in company commercial, Corporate, IT, Intellectual Property (IP), Data Protection, Public Procurement, State Aid / Competition Law, Employment Law
• In-House experience (highly desirable but not essential)
• Contract drafting experience (advantageous)
• Stakeholder management (internal and external), communication and influential skills are crucial to be successful in this role.
