Our client is a top 100 London law firm which is highly rated by the legal directories.
THE ROLE:
A new role has arisen for a highly motivated real estate property paralegal to provide support to an established real estate team.
You will be assisting on a mix of work from property due diligence, deeds of variations to sales and purchases including leases and agreements.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will be a real estate property paralegal with at least 12 months experience and have a strong academic background (2:1 or above).
You will have worked within a leading national or London law firm with an established real estate team.
You should be a team player possessing exemplary communication and organisational skills and have the ability to work to strict deadlines.
