An opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Legal Executive with a depth of experience in Commercial Property in Newcastle. Joining one of the largest and growing Real Estate teams in the North East region this is an exciting opportunity that should not be missed.

The Role:
-You will be joining one of the largest and most successful Real Estate teams in the North East.
-The role will involve you taking on your own caseload that covers a broad spectrum of Commercial Property work. This will include acquisitions, property disputes, landlord and tenant work and NHS work.
-There will be a real focus on client care in this role and you will fit into and complement the existing team of fee earners.

The Candidate:
-For this role it is essential that you are fully confident running your own commercial property caseload with full autonomy. You will have between twelve months experience and four years' experience running your own caseload independently.
-This role will give you exposure to the broad spectrum of Commercial Property works and so will really develop your skills.
