Legal Counsel

Duties:

• Advise on a wide range of commercial issues regarding the EMEA operations and support and execute the organization's legal strategy
• Advise, negotiate and draft on commercial agreements related to supply agreements, manufacturing agreements, supply of services, agency agreements, distributorship agreements, lease agreements, collaboration agreements, joint venture agreements strategic partnerships, confidentiality agreements
• Advise on IT and network contracts and data protection issues
• Liaise with stakeholders across the business advising on legal issues related to commercial agreements

Experience:

• Experienced Commercial Lawyer from In-House or large Private Practice background
• Ability to travel on occasion within Europe
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
