We are looking for an experienced Revenue Manager to join a top international law firm at their Singapore Office.
Our client is a leading international law firm with over 50 offices spanning the globe. They have nearly 4000 lawyers across Europe, North & Latin America, Asia, Middle & Far East and Australia. Their London based accounts department provides a professional service to the international practice.

Responsibilities
Revenue Management and Reporting:
- Review the monthly billing cycle and manage revenue reports and billing estimates
- Take charge of the annual rate review process – including the clarification of rate charges
- Provide daily support to partners and fee earners concerning pricing
- Ensure that finance data is accurate and ready for presentation upon Partner’s and Fee Earner’s requests
Credit Control:
- Ensure that working capital is managed accurately and complies with internal rules and procedures
- Anticipate and review bad debts, ensuring that updates are provided to Senior Management
- Provide advise to Partners and management in relation to debt recovery
- Undertake regular reviews of bank accounts and ensure that receipts are posted in accordance with SARs
- Manage the write off process, ensuring they are correctly signed off.
Reporting:
- Coordinate with the Heads of Office with Office Revenue figures
- Undertake monthly debt reviews with Regional Manager
- Produce WIP valuation reports for the London office
Management:
- Train, mentor and perform annual appraisals for the whole revenue team.
- Ensure that governance procedures are adhered to
- Improve the profitability through management of the firm’s working capital
- Act as the primary port of call for specialist revenue related issues
Candidate Profile
- Previous Revenue Managerial experience within a professional services environment
- Microsoft Office proficient – Excel and Word
- Previous working capital management experience with experience of SAP systems
- Confident with billing systems and interfaces between the billing systems and general ledger
- Team player and an excellent communicator
- Organised, efficient and self motivated
