A well-established, commercially focused Yorkshire Law Firm requires a technically skilled Corporate Solicitor to join their growing department. You must have considerable experience working as in a similar corporate department and must be able to demonstrate a strong commercial focus.
Our client has offices across the Yorkshire region, a standout reputation and works with an enviable client base. They have recently seen an influx of good quality work and so are looking for someone who can hit the ground running with their own Corporate caseload.
The Role:
-The department works with a fantastic client base, covering leading businesses and individuals in the Yorkshire region as well as transactions for clients across the country.
-You will run your own caseload of Corporate files from start to completion with supervision dependant on the level of experience.
-This will include drafting and negotiating a wide range of corporate documents including share and asset purchase sale agreements, shareholder agreements, articles of association and much more.
-Our client really encourages all its employees to get involved in business development activities such as marketing and networking.
The Candidate:
-The firm is ideally looking for candidates that have between 0-7 years PQE, although are open and candidates that fall outside of this bracket will still be considered.
-You must be very commercially focused and have a strong aptitude for this kind of work.
-Our client is looking for someone who can be flexible and occasionally travel to their other offices in the region.
-You must be motivated, flexible and enthusiastic.
