Non Portal Fee Earner

Badenoch & Clark are recruiting on behalf of their client in Newcastle, who are seeking a Non Portal Fee Earner.

The firm have multiple offices nationwide and specialise in areas such as car accident claims and financial mis-selling claims.

Given the continued success of the RTA department and the increase in the volume of work, the client are looking to recruit experienced Non Portal Fee Earners at their office in Newcastle.

The suitable candidate will already have 2 at least 2 years experience in non-portal work.

Main duties include:
- Responsibility for the day to day handling of claims
- Checking and recording important dates (e. limitation, striking out, setting down, application for judgement, directions, assessment of damages, trial)
- Liaising with witnesses, medical and other experts
- Liaising and negotiating with insurers, solicitors, courts, Counsel and other agencies
- Preparing files for issue for court proceedings.
