Marketing and Business Development Adviser - Financial Institutions and Insurance

This Marketing and Business Development Adviser role presents the opportunity to work within a major, global law firm which boasts a presence in the world’s financial and commercial markets. Working in a well-established M&BD team, this role is aligned to the Financial Institutions and Insurance sectors and reports to the sector M&BD Manager. Specific responsibilities will include:

• Working with the financial institutions practice, leading their pitches and supporting the development/delivery of standardised pitch content and BD materials;
• Providing advice to partners and teams on new business opportunities;
• Creating processes to prioritise clients and monitor/review performance, supporting the M&BD Managers to oversee the portfolio of clients within the industry sectors;
• Delivering market research, client analysis and internal intelligence to support the annual business planning process and supporting the implementation of M&BD plans and budgets and
• Planning, executing and measuring international marcomms programmes, to include seminars, client events, etc. to raise the firm’s profile and generate BD opportunities.

To be considered for this role, the candidate will need strong previous experience of working in a Marketing and Business Development focused role in a professional services firm.
