A qualified UK lawyer with 2pqe+ is sought to join this banking-heavyweight practice. The new recruit will join the Acquisition and Leveraged Finance team which sits within the wider banking group based in central London. The team advise for both lenders and borrowers on the financing of domestic and cross-border acquisitions, particularly leveraged acquisitions. The typical transactions the new hire will be involved in includes private equity sponsored MBOs, corporate acquisitions, and public bids as well as refinancing and recapitalisations.

Experience gained within a top tier firm or bank is preferred. It is essential that the successful candidate has a strong academic background with excellent written communication and drafting skills.
