Construction Litigation

The London office of a city practice is currently looking to hire a Senior Associate to join their busy Construction, Energy and Infrastructure team.

The team advises on a broad range of sectors within the industry including transport, infrastructure, energy and real estate. You would be working on complex and very high-value disputes, both international and domestic as well as advising on discrete legal issues.

The team is extremely friendly, diverse and supportive, however the right candidate will be granted a large amount of autonomy and responsibility and will be expected to supervise more junior members of the team.

Suitable candidates will have:
*experience from a recognised construction team with experience of international work
*a firm grasp of key principles of construction law
*knowledge of the main standard forms of contract including JCT, NEC and FIDIC as well as all forms of dispute resolution including litigation, arbitration, adjudication and expert determination
*excellent academics
*an ability to get on with clients and colleagues, both in the London and international offices
