Legal Counsel, Derivatives (5 PQE) - 14605/TTL

This Hong Kong-listed asset management company seeks a Common Law-qualified Legal Counsel to join its Hong Kong office at Director/VP level. You will assist the Head of Legal with all asset management legal issues, including hedge funds, private equity, prime brokerage and compliance with SFC/HKEX regulations.  You must have an LLB/LLM from a recognized Common Law jurisdiction university, plus 5 years’ PQE in private practice or in financial institutions in any Common Law jurisdiction. To succeed, you must be well-organised and  detail-orientated with excellent communication skills plus fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin language skills. REF: 14605/LN
