National UK Firm looking for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join their growing practice in either London or Cambridge.
The role will include a broad range of corporate work including M&A, Corporate finance, equity capital markets, private equity, joint ventures, fundraising, shareholder agreements, and general corporate advisory work. Work will include international clients and range from start-ups, substantial private companies and PLC’s
You will be 1+ PQE with experience gained in a city firm with a good background in transactional work and the ability to demonstrate this as well as evidence of working as part of a team or managing transactions largely unsupervised. You will also be able to demonstrate an interest in helping to grow a team practice.
