Residential Conveyancer

My Client is a Tier 1 law firm in the 2018 Top Law Firms rankings, who due to expansion are looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to join their Property team in Central Manchester.

The role is working in the expanding Residential Property team which is going from strength to strength and they now require a Residential Conveyancer to work on an existing mixed caseload.

The Ideal Residential Conveyancer will have a minimum of 3 years PQE but the firm will consider candidates who have significant Fee Earning experience. This law firm prides itself on its client care, so you must be an exceptional communicator and any experience working with company mortgages is highly desirable.

The salary on offer for the successful Residential Conveyancer is up to £35,000 per annum with a Pension plan and a Health care cash plan in place, as an added bonus this law firm do offer Flexible working.
