Salary Dependant on experience
My client is one of the UK's most successful and respected law firms, they are a multi-functional practice and are currently seeking to recruit a Solicitor to join their Serious Injury Team.
The Role;
To conduct and manage a caseload of Multi-Track serious/catastrophic injury related claims. As a Serious Injury Solicitor, you will be responsible for preparation of cases, which can include multi-million-pound claims. You will be responsible for optimising the best possible outcomes for your clients.
The Candidate;
You will come from either a Claimant or Defendant background with experience of serious injury or multi track cases. To be successful you will have the following;
- NQ plus experience of Personal Injury Litigation claims, ideally Serious Injury however, training will be provided.
- Be professional, caring and empathetic and show understanding of the trauma that is being experienced by clients and family members
- Be able to operate independently and/or as part of a team
- Have a strong appetite for business development and able to build successful relationship.
