Fraud Litigation Executive.
This a rare and quite unique opportunity for an ambitious and technically strong Fraud Litigation Executive or Fee Earner to come on board a team at an exciting time in its development. You'll be joining an award winning and high performing Fraud & LVI specialist unit, working within a large specialist practice with offices across Merseyside.
Their Fraud & LVI department has grown rapidly over the last 18 months and now in line with business needs and future growth plans they now seek a confident litigator who has over 12 months' experience dealing with LVI & Fraud matters, to work within the busy team and to take repsonsiblity for any new instructions from their insurer clients.
From the start you'll be given your own caseload of LVI & Fraud matters and you will have full support from paralegals & administrators within the department. The majority of the work that the LVI & Fraud department deals with is heavily litigated, so it is essential that you have can demonstrate that you've had previous exposure to litigated work.
