We are actively recruiting for qualified Privacy / GDPR / Data Protection Lawyers at all PQE levels.

Responsibilities of the Data Protection Lawyer include:
- Providing in-house legal advice on privacy, data-sharing, transfer of data outside of the EU as well advising on the implications of client’s new product offering.
- Engaging in the drafting, negotiating and reviewing of any commercial agreement containing information law clauses.
- Drafting and advising on complex data protection-related documentation including future-proofing for GDPR and Brexit.
- Providing guidance and support on various new compliance reporting/data tracking requirements and revisions to internal codes of conduct.
- Familiarity with relevant UK and EU Privacy laws
The Successful Data Protection Lawyer:
- In-house legal experience is preferred, although not essential.
- Good post-qualification experience & academic record.
- Desire to provide exceptional client service and the interpersonal skills required to form strong working relationships with stakeholders.
- Adaptability and a thirst for new challenges.
- You must be eligible to practice as a lawyer in the UK.
