This exciting role will see a talented Solicitor to join the Agricultural Property team in my client's Commercial Property Department, ideally candidates will be 0-2 years PQE.

Experience in agricultural property would be an advantage although not essential, however a genuine interest and desire to do this type of work is essential.

The caseload includes acting for a range of individuals, charities, businesses and landed estates in respect of a variety of property matters and transactions.

Work will include assisting with sales and purchases of farms and farmland; the development of agricultural land; first registrations of unregistered land and estates; granting easements, licences and farm business tenancies and Agricultural Holdings Act advice.
