Finance Systems Analyst – City Law Firm - £45,000-£50,000

Highly successful city law firm is actively recruiting for an Assistant Finance Analyst to become part of a team within the Finance department supporting the various finance-related systems. Working primarily with the Finance Analyst, members of Finance and IT.

The role will include:

• To be additional resource in the Finance Department to deal with day to day financial systems issues, prepare for and help implement the replacement of the existing Elite Enterprise practice management system.
• Have a significant input into the delivery of the finance systems roadmap.
• To analyse existing processes, review and define “best practice” and raise awareness and achieve consistency of that practice.
• To assist in the upgrade and development of existing financial systems which include the replacement of the current practice management system.
• Current and future systems that are being looked at for replacement and/or implementation include the existing PMS (Elite Enterprise), DW Reporting, Design Gallery, E-Billing Hub, Expenses system and ARCS.
• Help to test new software and support the implementation process

To apply, you’ll need a good understanding of the operations of a Finance Department, have previous law firm experience and will have knowledge and experience of finance systems such as Elite, ARCS, Carpe Diem and E-Billing Hub.

This is a key role as an important point of contact for the members of the Finance Team and the role has scope for development and progression.
