Corporate/M&A Lawyer– Tier 1 Investment Bank

This pre-eminent Global Financial Institution is currently looking for a mid-senior Corporate M&A lawyer to join the team supporting their Principal Investing Arm.

Responsibilities will include:

• Principal investing lawyer with strong emphasis on transaction support and execution
• Focused on corporate and infrastructure investing within the bank
• Extensive interaction with front-line investment professionals and divisions including compliance, tax, financial controllers and operations
• Advising on transaction structuring, negotiation of deal documentation, diligence, regulatory and reputational issues
• Ongoing portfolio management
• Instructing and managing external counsel

Skills and Qualifications

• UK or US qualified with 4 to 7 years PQE
• Corporate lawyer, with experience in M&A and Private Equity
