Major international law firm seeks an ambitious employment lawyer to join their successful team based in Birmingham.

Our client is a market leading firm, renowned for their high calibre lawyers and the high quality employment and HR work they undertake for a roster of high profile respondent clients.

The firm is keen to appoint a talented employment lawyer (NQ+) to join their growing Birmingham practice. With experience of contentious and non-contentious employment work including drafting terms and conditions, employment contracts and agreements, TUPE, equal pay issues, whistleblowing and Tribunal work, you'll be joining a friendly and supportive team led by a very likeable partner. You'll handle a predominantly respondent caseload, acting on behalf of SMEs, OMBs, LLPs, partnerships and other larger companies including listed businesses with multi-national interests on varied and challenging employment law issues.

This role would suit an ambitious NQ (2018 qualifier) or a lawyer with some post-qualified employment experience (1-2 years PQE+) keen to find a stronger platform to progress your career as an employment specialist with a top firm.
