Legal Counsel

LAW Absolute have partnered with a global award-winning Biotechnology Company in their search for a Legal Counsel for an initial period of 3 months.

The role will work directly with the Head of Legal primarily on a number of general commercial matters.

Key accountabilities:

• Negotiate, review and draft a range of commercial contracts particularly within the IT space
• Collaborate with the Head of Legal in order to provide commercial advice to the business

This is an excellent opportunity to work directly with a number of highly experienced business and legal professionals at an industry-leading company.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

• Qualified Lawyer with experience In House
• Experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial contracts
• Experience specifically within IT and Pharmaceutical is preferable
• Excellent communication skills with a commercial and proactive approach to business

The role will require the chosen candidate to start on short notice.
