Due to strategic growth plans, this outstanding firm are looking to expand the team with the hire of an experienced Corporate Finance Solicitor, of up to 7 years PQE with experience in corporate transactions to assist with the growing work load.
This firm is a leading practice with significant strength in its corporate department and is known for its professional yet down to earth working environment.
This well established, corporate and commercial Legal 500 law firm with several offices across Yorkshire are looking to strengthen its Corporate Finance department with the hire of a Corporate Finance Solicitor at their Leeds office. The corporate team acts for many leading business and individuals in the region and undertakes both UK and cross-border transactions.
The York-based role will involve dealing with clients, attending meetings, drafting and negotiating corporate documents to include share and asset purchase and sale agreements, shareholders agreements, articles of association and partnership/LLP constitutions, merger/demerger agreements, loan documentation and share options.
The department is relaxed and informal, but extremely professional and you will find yourself part of a supportive and collegiate team providing a cutting edge, commercial and innovative client service.
