Commercial Litigation Solicitor

A rare opportunity is available for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years litigation experience being a paralegal or 0-3 year PQE solicitor to join a dynamic and market leading firm in Southampton. Applications will also be considered from NQ's or other similar level qualification e CILEx with candidates having experience in litigation field.

If you want to develop your career as a litigator with a stimulating caseload working in sectors facing continued regulatory change and other challenges, you will be able to do so in my client'sCommercial and Private Client Litigation team.

If successful then you will be actively involved in an interesting and diverse caseload of commercial litigation ranging from general contractual, commercial and agency disputes as well to professional negligence cases and contentious probate disputes.

Beyond your caseload, there will be ample opportunity to get involved in a range of business development activities and play a full part as a member of a supportive team.

The ideal canidate will have a passion for contentious work and will be looking to develop their career and reputation within commercial and private client litigation.
